If you are searching for CNC plasma cutting services in Kisii or anywhere in Nyanza, what you actually want is simple: a clean cut, the right size, on time, at a price you agreed before work started. That is the job. Below is how we do it and what you need to send us.
What CNC plasma cutting is good for
Plasma cutting drives a fine, very hot arc through mild steel, stainless and aluminium. Because the cut path follows a computer file, the tenth part is identical to the first. That makes it the right choice for:
- Decorative gates, screens, balustrade infills and signage
- Brackets, base plates, gussets and flanges for structures and machines
- Repeat parts where hand cutting would drift out of tolerance
- Replacement parts copied from a worn original
What to send us
Any of these is enough to start:
- A DXF, DWG or STEP file - best accuracy, no interpretation needed
- A dimensioned sketch, even hand drawn on paper
- A photo of the old part with a tape measure next to it
Tell us the material, the plate thickness and how many pieces you need. If you are not sure, say what the part does and we will advise.
Have a drawing ready? Send it for a fabrication-ready quote or call +254 723 755772 (Sun-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm).
From file to finished part
- Review. We check the file for cut-ability: tiny slots, sharp internal corners and thin webs get flagged.
- Nesting. Parts are arranged on the plate so you pay for material you use, not offcuts.
- Cutting. The profile is cut, then the edges are dressed.
- Second operations. Bending, drilling, welding, priming or powder coating where the job needs it.
- Handover. Collection from the workshop, or delivery arranged to your site.

Areas we serve
Our workshop in Nyangena, along the Kisii - Migori highway, serves Kisii town and the wider Nyanza region - Kisumu, Homa Bay, Migori, Nyamira, Bomet and Kericho - and we regularly cut and ship parts to customers elsewhere in Kenya. Small batches travel easily by courier; gates and railings are delivered and installed.
How pricing is worked out
A plasma quote comes down to four things: material and thickness, total cut length, quantity, and finishing. That is why a quote follows a drawing rather than a phone guess - and why sending the file gets you a number faster.
