CNC Cut Metal Doors and Window Grilles in Nyanza: Security That Still Looks Good

Security and style are not a trade-off any more. CNC-cut doors and grilles carry the same pattern through a whole house.

Grilles used to mean flat bar welded in a square. A cut steel panel does the same job and reads as part of the architecture - which is why CNC cut metal doors and window grilles now go into new homes across Nyanza.

What you can have made

  • Main entrance doors and double doors
  • Grille doors fitted in front of timber doors
  • Window grilles, fixed or opening
  • Ventilated panels for stores and generator rooms
  • Matching gate, railing and door sets

Specifying the opening

Give us the structural opening size, not the old door leaf, plus which way the door should swing and whether it fits into a timber frame, a steel sub-frame or straight into concrete. Photos of the wall around the opening save a site visit.

Have an opening to fill? Send sizes and photos for a quote or call +254 723 755772 (Sun-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm).

Locks, hinges and daily use

A beautiful door fails if the lock case was an afterthought. We plan the lock box, hinge type and closing stop with the pattern, so the cut-outs do not weaken the areas that carry load and the door closes cleanly without dragging.

Where we work

Fabrication happens at our Kisii workshop, with delivery and fitting across Kisii, Nyamira, Kisumu, Homa Bay, Migori, Bomet and Kericho, and courier delivery of panels to customers elsewhere in Kenya.
