Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Welding Expert to join our team in Nyangena, Kisii. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various welding techniques, metal fabrication, and strong attention to detail. If you’re passionate about precision and quality work, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks on a variety of metal structures, including gates, body panels, and custom projects.
- Work with CNC plasma cutters and other tools to fabricate parts to exact specifications.
- Ensure high-quality welds, with an emphasis on strength and aesthetics.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication.
- Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD designs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Self-motivated and eager to work independently as well as in a team.
