Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated CNC Router Operator with strong skills in CAD design to join our team in Nyangena, Kisii. The successful candidate should be eager to learn, ready to operate new machines, and possess a passion for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC routers to fabricate wood, metal, and other materials to meet project specifications.
- Interpret CAD designs, adjusting machine settings to produce accurate, high-quality cuts.
- Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC machines for efficiency and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accuracy and quality in all projects.
- Perform quality checks on completed parts and fine-tune processes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Router Operator.
- Proficiency in CAD software and the ability to interpret and modify designs.
- Willingness to learn new machines and processes quickly.
- Passion for problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly salary: KES 10,000
